How the fee is explained
The proposed fee depends on the work involved, including the service type, volume or complexity of records, and whether support is one-time or ongoing. Before work begins, we explain the scope, responsibilities and fee so you can decide whether to proceed.
Does requesting a consultation commit me to a service?
No. Sending the form requests a conversation. We will explain any proposed engagement before services begin.
Should I upload documents with my request?
No. Start with a summary of your needs. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords or confidential tax documents in the form. Our team will explain how to provide records when needed.
Can I ask about more than one service?
Yes. Mention the services you are considering so we can discuss how they fit together and which responsibilities would be included.
